Project:         Actuating Structure for Polestar Product Launch

Scope:          As part of the new Electric Car Polestar Australian Launch.   ESA was engaged to design, build and certify a 20ft Shipping Container Modified with a fully actuating front wall.  Always a major challenge in Fabrication.  ESA has managed to engineer an hydraulic Double Acting System capable of 3400kgs per Strut.  Fully Functional, easy to use and safe, whilst maintaining the full Steel Container look.  Fitted with Bench Seating, Lightboxes and a full electrical fit out, this is the perfect transportable Expo Container.  This module will be taken across the country as part of Polestars product launch into the Australian Market.
